General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. Further information on shipping costs can be found in the "Shipping" section.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately.

§ 6 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Please refer to the respective product descriptions for delivery times.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For new goods, the warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
